- Code does the math; the AI explains it. A second check scores every financial change before you see it.
- Original documents are never edited, and nothing is overwritten without your approval.

Does it collect rent online?
No. It is not a tenant portal. It matches the rent you receive against your leases and bank deposits, flags what is missing, and keeps your books up to date.
Which AI does it use?
The one you already pay for: Claude (the default and most tested), a ChatGPT plan with Codex, Google Antigravity, Grok Build, or US-hosted open models through Fireworks AI. You can switch later with one command.
