Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your setup. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how the amount is calculated.
1. What is covered
This policy applies to the one-time setup fee for Landlord AI Desk. It does not apply to your Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini subscription, which you pay to that provider.
2. The 30-day window
You may request a refund of your setup fee within 30 days after setup is completed. Requests after 30 days are not eligible.
3. How the refund is calculated
- Before setup work begins: full refund of the setup fee.
- After setup is completed: the support hours included with your setup tier are treated as delivered service and deducted from your refund at $49 per hour, whether or not you used them. Any additional support hours you used are deducted at the same rate.

If you used additional paid support hours, those are deducted at $49 per hour, billed in 30-minute blocks, in addition to the amounts above.
4. What is not refundable
- Your AI subscription (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and any other third-party software or services. Those are paid to the provider.
- The optional monthly support plan. You may cancel it at any time; the current month is not prorated.
- Support hours billed outside the setup fee.
5. Conditions
- You supplied the documents, statements, and access reasonably needed to complete setup.
- The issue is not caused by changes you made to the system after setup, or by changes to third-party services we do not control.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name and the date setup was completed. We confirm the amount in writing within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. After a refund
Your files are yours and stay on your computer. Once a refund is issued, we stop all support and remove any access we were given to your files. Records are plain files and remain readable in any text editor.
